Delivery: Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours making UK delivery about 7 working days ,although vast majority of our orders do arrive within 48 hours we can not guarantee next day delivery unless you have arranged special delivery with us.We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail. Our standard delivery charge to UK mainland addresses is only £4.99 per order.We can also offer a guaranteed Overnight Delivery service which incurs a supplement of £4.00 for majority of orders . Some items may require signature on delivery. We also post out to Europe, Ireland, Australia and the United States . The postage will be clearly shown before you make any payments. Returns Policy :Should you need to return an item back to us, please contact us as soon as possible and please read our terms and conditions.All returns must have been notified prior to returning to us in writing either by post or email.We are no longer able to agree to returns via telephone. We strongly advise you read full terms and conditions as a time limit applies for returns and this is strictly adhered to.When returning an item please remember to include your invoice number and name and address so we can match the item up to the correct order and arrange a speedy refund!
Refunds :We are happy to refund any unwanted item within 7 days of purchase.The item must be returned in its original state, unworn , unwashed and in original packing etc and fully tagged and resaleable .Only the purchase price will be refunded on receipt of the goods.This timescale is extended for all orders placed throughout December to 10 days after Christmas.Christmas Gift must be quoted in the comments box however when ordering.
Exchanges :We are happy to any exchange any product( subject to availability) within 14 days from purchase, postage costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.Items must be returned in original state and unworn
Faulted goods :Faulted or damaged goods are only considered within 14 days from purchase for full refund and exchanges up to 28 days.After 28 days we offer no refund or exchange.The final decision rests with us on settling faulted or damaged item claims.
